You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of preorder, backorder, and personalized items).
We offer a 15% discount off your first order when you subscribe to our mailing list. Additionally, for a limited time, we are offering free shipping when you spend $150+.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that Verdant charges a 5% restocking fee for all US returns regardless of your return method, which will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
